Holly Springs Subdivision is located in the historic city of Lyndon, Kentucky between Whipps Mill Rd and New Lagrange Road. The subdivision is a deed restricted community that consists of 175 single family homes.

The Holly Springs Home Owner Association (HOA) has been established as a legal Kentucky corporation in accordance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (Deed Restrictions) that each property owner subscribed to when they purchased property in the subdivision. Each lot owner within the subdivision is a member of the HOA. The HOA is governed by a Board of active homeowners who are elected biennially each spring.

The goals of the HOA include working to improve the quality of our neighborhood by encouraging compliance with our Deed Restrictions.
